You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to authorize security testing on all systems, applications, and code you provide to us. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper permissions before engaging our services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Request testing on systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Use our services for illegal or malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our testing methodologies
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Confidentiality

We treat all information about your systems, applications, source code, and vulnerabilities as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any findings or details about your security posture to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our security testing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to identify security vulnerabilities, but cannot guarantee discovery of all issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific assessment in question.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your applications, source code, and data. We retain all rights to our testing methodologies, AI models, tools, and general security knowledge. Security reports provided to you may be used for your internal purposes only.
